Ring in some festive cheer with these little knitted bells. They would make super decorations for your tree, and as they only use small amounts of yarn are super projects for using up odds and ends of yarn balls to avoid waste. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, each bell is knitted in a few grammes of acrylic DK yarn on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 4mm single pointed knitting needles (US 6).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Paintbox Yarns Simply DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes in a yellow shade.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, and a 1.5cm fleece pompom for the bell clapper.

SIZES
One size only - 6cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, k2tog decrease, and a little bit of seaming to finish.
