A little crochet Christmas Pudding seems the perfect project for this special time of the year. Single puddings make fabulous baubles or they could be strung together to make a festive garland.

A single ball of DMC Natura Just Cotton is sufficient for three or four puddings. Scraps of finer green yarn may be used for the holly leaves so take a look through your stash. Top the pudding off with a few red beads to create the effect of berries.

Chunky yarn could be used for a bigger pudding or add some extra beads to give the impression of dried fruit. If you are thinking of making a garland then crochet some ivy, holly or mistletoe leaves - sorry I haven’t yet written a pattern for these! Have fun, make this pattern your own and I would love to see your creations.
