This sturdy two-color mesh tote has a solid bottom and substantial handles. Fun and quick to make! Overall dimensions of body are about 14” x 18”, plus handles (about 9”). Exact gauge is not important, and there is no need to block.

The project is designed in two colors, requiring one skein in main color (body) and one in accent color (top & handles) of Sarasota Chunky® or two main and one accent in Berroco Remix®. If only one color is preferred, then two skeins of either yarn should be sufficient. Any chunky yarn with cotton content should be suitable.

Four stitch markers will be useful to mark where handles attach. Although only basic, common stitches are used throughout, the handles are a little tricky to construct. Detailed photos provide a visual guide to help explain the process. I would consider this an advanced beginner to easy intermediate pattern.
