Description: Knit in the round with fingering weight sock yarn held double, these socks knit up surprisingly quickly given how long they are. For sizes 1, 2, and 3, the number of cast on sts is a little higher than the number of foot sts so that it can be worn higher on the calf and have a slouchy look. Stitches are decreased after knitting the heel and gusset.

There is so much flexibility with colour choices for this pattern. I have some information that I recorded when knitting my (size 2) sample socks that may be helpful if you’re not sure if you have enough yarn for a particular section:

One toe will require 5 g
CC for the ribbing of one sock requires 20 g for 50 rows
For MC for one sock 65 g

If you are looking to knit identical socks, you will need more than 100 g for the MC.
