My mom announced that she needed a warm hat, mittens and scarf for the winter since she would be taking care of snow removal this year. I decided that I was going to make her a warm, squooshy, soft set. This hat, along with the matching cowl and mittens, was born.

It is about 10” from top to brim and fits heads 20-22” and should fit most adults.

I’ve combined cables with a simple lace design to give some personality. This design is wonderful for those beautiful tonal skeins in your stash.
