My mom announced that she needed a warm hat, mittens and scarf for the winter since she would be taking care of snow removal this year. I decided that I was going to make her a warm, squooshy, soft set. These mittens, along with the matching hat and cowl, were born.

These mittens are knit from cuff to fingers. They fit 8-9” in circumference and are about 10” long.

I’ve combined cables with a simple lace design to give some personality. This design is wonderful for those beautiful tonal skeins in your stash.
