This is a simple pattern for an easy and quick dishcloth. A broken rib stitch pattern is created by alternating sections of ribs and garter stitch. And a garter stitch border around the perimeter of the cloth pulls it all together! It’s a useful and pretty addition to your kitchen or bathroom and a set of them makes a lovely gift!

What you will need:
46 yards (42 m) of worsted weight cotton, such as Knitpicks Dishie.
US 6 (4 mm) knitting needles.
Tapestry yarn needle
Scissors

Skill level: Beginner

Skills needed: Casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, binding off.
