A bold, graphic colorwork project — the diamond motif is worked in three colors for a striking contrast that’s more straightforward than it looks.
The Diamond Chalk Bag is knit in the round from the bottom up using stranded colorwork. The top edge folds over to hold an adjustable cinch cord, and the finished bag is lined in fleece to keep chalk dust contained. It works just as well as a dog treat pouch or small cinch bag — clip it to your harness or your leash.
The diamond repeat is a great introduction to working with three colors — the chart is clear and the motif builds quickly.
