Enclose for Infants and Preschoolers 0 - 4 years is a long sleeve wrap garment featuring woven stitch with a linen stitch front band that provides a structural edge. It is fastened with an I-cord closure and single button.

Designed for fingering weight yarns, choose a fibre that is soft to touch and would be suitable against the skin for an infant or preschooler, as the front neck band wraps around the neck. Linen Quill is perfect with it’s mix of linen/alpaca/wool.

The garment is knitted bottom-up in the flat using circular needles so that stitches can be slid to the other end of the needle to prevent excessive yarn breakage when knitting single rows in contrast colour. After seaming, stitches are picked up to work the neck band.
