The cardigan is knit top down in flat stockinette, starting from the back of the neck. Stitches for the right and left front are picked up and worked in stockinette until the armholes, then the cardigan is
joined into round. The sleeves are knit in round, then the neck rib is added and finally the buttonband.

The cardigan is designed to have little to no ease, being a snug fit. This makes it quick to knit, even with a light weight yarn. It took me just one week of knitting to finish size S.

I recommend the West Yorkshire Spinners BFL DK yarn, or any other airy DK yarn. You’ll need 3mm and 4mm needles in 40cm and 80cm length.
