Feathery Sweater combines delicate textures with an effortless shape. Knit seamlessly from the top down with a circular yoke, it features a graceful play of stitches: twisted chains framed by eyelets ripple down the yoke, separated by garter chevrons. As they expand from the neckline, the motifs unfold into a star-like edge, each one resembling a soft feather. The fine braids continue down the body and sleeves over smooth stockinette, creating a light, soft, and striking sweater you’ll want to wear every day.

Construction Note
The sweater begins with a collar, neatly finished with a double-knit band. From there, the circular yoke is worked in the round from the neckline down to the underarms. After the yoke is complete, a Back Yoke Raising section is worked flat over the back stitches only, lifting the back neckline for a more comfortable fit without using short rows. The rows worked flat are incorporated into the sleeve depth by picking up stitches along the edges of the Back Yoke.
Once the back neck is raised, the work is divided into body and sleeves. The body is then worked in the round to the hem, while the sleeves are held aside and later completed in the round from underarm to cuff.
The sweater has 6–11 in / 15–28 cm of positive ease at the bust, which varies by size due to the nature of the stitch pattern. When selecting your size, refer to the finished bust measurements and choose the size that will give you your preferred fit — either a roomier silhouette or a closer, less oversized look.
