Fellsfjara
This triangular shawl is named after a beach in Iceland which is known in English as the Diamond Beach. The diamonds are icebergs which calve from the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier. They are washed out to sea from the lagoon. They are brought back to shore on to the black sand by the waves and are said to look like diamonds glistening on the beach.
This shawl is knitted with Icelandic Einband yarn, and it features two diamond patterns.
