The back features the Rod of Asclepius, a symbol of healing and medicine. On the front is a simple hospital design. Originally a Christmas gift to my physician boyfriend, who was on call during the holidays.

These mittens fit my partner’s hands (19 cm from top of wrist to tip of middle finger, 8.5 cm across knuckles) with some room.

Materials
3.25 mm double pointed needles or circular needles for magic loop
1 ball of main (MC) DK weight yarn (~25 g)
1 ball of contrasting (CC) DK weight yarn (~25 g)
Waste yarn to hold thumb stitches
Needle to weave in ends
