** Crochet Flower Pattern **

This flower crochet pattern is for making pretty and colourful crochet flowers which can be used as appliques or embellishments to many things: hair accessories, bags, clothes, cards, hats and more.

You can easily sew the flowers onto anything you like, they can be a delightful final touch in a gift.

The flower measures about 2.5 inches (65mm) in diameter.

This is a really fun flower pattern, using standard crochet stitches and Tunisian Entrelac crochet stitches, which are described in detail.

These are great to crochet; you will learn them in this pattern (if you don’t know them already) and could use them in future projects.

There is no need for a long hook for this pattern.

The pattern includes 3 PDF files:

1. Detailed step by step photo tutorial for the flower.
2. File without pictures for printing the flower pattern.
3. Photo tutorial explaining how to join new yarn without a slipknot.

All are written in US English terms.

It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the pattern by following the photo tutorial first.
The printable version is best used when you already know the pattern.

Skill level: intermediate, the pattern is highly detailed, beginners are welcome to try it
A basic knowledge of crochet techniques and stitches is required.

Materials:
1. Yarn: you can use any yarn brand for this pattern.
Two yarn brands are given as examples in the pattern: 100% cotton Rico Ricorumi DK, 25 gr. and Sirdar Stories (the amounts required are detailed in the pattern).
3. Crochet hook: should be appropriate to the yarn you use.
Size 3-3.5mm crochet hooks were used in the pattern.

1. Scissors.
2. Tapestry needle.
3. Decoration beads (optional).
