The Form & Fit © Design is a tailor-knitted design fully custom-made based on your unique measurements. The sweater has a classic tailored fit with a recommended positive ease of 8-10 cm 3 ¼ - 4”.

This European Shoulder Construction is knitted top down in the round with an asymmetrical set-in sleeve without subsequent seaming. While working the round neck you start forming your customized Form & Fit © shoulder with asymmetrical knitting of the front, back, and sleeves.

The 1-by-1 ribbed cuff, hem and neckband are framed with a lateral braid as a nice small detail which can be varied with different color choices.
In addition to the tailored yoke the pattern offers more fitting options to tailor the body part for your body type: Hip Shapng (A-line, O-line or V-line), and Full Tummy Adjustment.

2. You send your personal measurements to Ingesknittinglab
3. Ingesknittinglab starts sketching and customizing your uniquely sized pattern
4. Meanwhile you start swatching and inform Ingesknittinglab once you get blocking gauge
5. Ingesknittinglab sends your personal pattern
6. You start tailorknitting with access to free knitting tutorials
7. We validate the fit with a photo of the yoke worn to see the fit before moving on to the body

SIZES
The pattern offers an infinite number of customized sizes based on 10 standard Sizes: (XXS-XS-S) M-L (XL- 2XL) 3XL-4X-5XL based on your cross back at shoulder measurement of (35-37-40.5) 43-45 (47.5-50-52.5) 54.5-56.5 cm or (14-14¾-16 ¼) 17¼ -18 (19-20-21) 21¾ - 22½ inches corresponding to a “standard” sweater chest circumference of (80-88-100) 112-118 (128-138) 150-162-172 cm or (32 – 35 ¼ - 40 ) 44¾ - 47¼ (51¼ - 55¼ ) 60 - 64¾ -68¾ inches.But the size will be anything you need
Number of bullet skeins needed - count 1skein extra for a contrasting braid color. Count 2 extra if all of the 1-by-1 ribbing is a contrasting color.

YARN
Viking Eco Highland Wool (A 4-ply non-superwash 100% Merino Wool Yarn - 50 g = 110 m/120 yrds (or similar non-superwash fiber):
(8-10-11) 13-14 (15-16-18) 19-21 skeins of 50 g

GAUGE:
After blocking: 20 sts x 29 rows

TOOLS:
You use size 4.5 mm US7 circular needles with cables of 60, 80 and 100 cm 24, 32 or 40 inches depending on size and preference,
3.5 mm US 4 circular needles for the braid and 1-by-1 ribbing and ,
3 mm US4 for the Italian bind-off.

As a lot is going on when tailor-knitting a fitted yoke you need stitch markers in different colors e.g. blue, green, red, purple and orange to help guide the increases and decreases.
A crochet hook 3.5 mm US-E-4/UK-10 to join the lateral braid
