frank the fox
Frank the Fox is a part of my #nopressurepatterns series: simple, pocket-sized projects made with the yarn you already have, finished in an evening and never expected to be perfect.
What makes Frank special:
- a fluffy tail knitted from picked-up stitches, with a white tip,
- a white face and belly in duplicate stitch, following my chart or your own idea.
Inside the pattern:
- the full body worked in the round on two parallel needles – no sewing in the main construction, -bbobble arms and feet worked directly into the body,
- holder/hugger and long silly limbs variations,
- step-by-step instructions for bobble stitch, duplicate stitch and Kitchener stitch,
- a chart for the white face and belly,
- photos for every step that needs them.
Details:
yarn: any yarn in fox orange + a little white/ecru
needles: DPNs (or long circular needle for Magic Loop)
level: adventurous beginner
language: English
You’re welcome to sell finished Franks made from this pattern - just please credit @hekla.cwist as the designer.
