A basic DK sock pattern that I have been using for family socks for several years.
Knit in a single colour or stripes as shown here.

You must already have the ability to cast on for a toe up sock, knit in the round magic loop style, and change colours neatly on each round.

Yarn used in sample:
Colour 1 Bendigo Woollen Mills Classic 8 ply - Lipstick Rose
Colour 2 Bendigo Woollen Mills Classic 8 ply - Fern

You will require a minimum of 200 metres for a short leg as shown in the sample of the smallest size.

Gauge:
24 sts and 34 rounds to 10cm

Needles and Notions:
3.00mm - 1 metre circular for magic loop OR size to suit gauge
A longer circular will be required if you wish to work two at a time.
Measuring tape and/or a sock ruler.
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
