This pattern is designed to help this dragon

The fairytale of the frightened little bird and the dragon of my art project Feathers and dragons ends with a mission: The dragon needs your and mine help to get his golden wings back. This is only possible if we are willing to live with the golden key words. For each key word with which we live in our hearts, the dragon will get a golden feather for his new wings.

3. Download the pattern and knit a golden feather
4. Send your feather for the dragon to me (I will give you my address when I answer your personal message)

As a big thank you, I will send you a small “golden key”, made by me.
You can wear this key as a pendant or you can hang it on your bag or bunch of keys, or just do with it whatever you want.

I estimate that I will need about 150 feathers, but it may be more or less - hard yet to say, but I think I will need at least 100.

To crochet a golden feather you will need some gold yarn for the top feather and some reddish brown yarn for the basic feather. The gold yarn should be a little bit thinner as the reddish brown yarn, because the top feather should be just a bit smaller… but you can also adjust the pattern a little bit, to match your yarns, leaving out or adding some rows…. Let me know if finding the right yarn is a problem.
