MATERIALS
To make one placemat, you will need Purl Soho’s Cotton Pure, 100% organically grown cotton yarn. Each skein of this sport-weight yarn is 279 yards/ 100 grams.

• Main Color (MC): 1 skein; approximately 240 yards required
• Contrast Color (CC): 1 skein; approximately 34 yards required

You’ll also need…
- A size E (3.5 mm) crochet hook

Making a set? One skein of CC will make up to 8 placemats! Just be sure to pick up a skein of MC for every placemat you plan to crochet, or switch the MC and CC for a set of 2 placemats, using only 2 skeins.

We used the following colors for our set of 6 samples…

• MC Heirloom White; CC Peach Peony for one and CC Mineral Blue for the other
• MC Alabaster Cream; CC Waterdrop Blue for one and CC Honey Yellow for the other
• MC Warm Rock; CC Pink Smoke for one and CC Coastal Blue for the other
