A traditional stitch in a variety of fun new ornament covers!

This single download contains complete patterns for 4 different variations of the granny stitch ornament cover: a striped version, a single thread/single color version, a striped version with beads, and a single thread version with beads.

There are step-by-step photos for the original cover and additional photos for any changes required for the alternate variations.

Each variation requires the following materials:
1.25 mm steel crochet hook
2 ½” diameter plastic ornament

The striped versions require:
15 yds size 10 crochet thread in each of white, red, and green,
15 yds size 10 crochet thread in each of white, sky blue, and royal blue

The single thread variations require:
45 yds size 10 crochet thread

The beaded variations require:
96 beads
