This hat pattern features an interesting cable, twisted stitches, and a ribbed brim. It can be knit out of your favorite worsted weight yarn. Because of the stretchy nature of cables and ribbing the sizing is quite forgiving in this design and will fit a wide-range of sizes. It is named for one of my favorite places to picnic in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
