The Growth Spurt Sweater has a straight fit, raglan sleeve, short and wide body and a gorgeous fake knit look. Made in one strand each of Valentina and Georgina, this sweater is a perfect year-rounder. This pattern uses slip stitch in back loop ribbing, and yarn over slip stitch in back loop. As all Honse patterns it features a full size range, from chest size 75 cm to chest size 155 cm.

To be crocheted with about 20-25 cm of positive ease, so the fit is oversized. The sleeves and body are intentionally short, but can be customized.

I am 176cm tall, with a chest measurement of 82cm and I am wearing size 85.

Thin elastic thread

Gauge 10x10cm: 11 sts by 11 rows in yarn over slip stitch in the back loop only, on hook 7 mm or hook needed to meet gauge. This stitch and yarn combo grows a bit after blocking, so make sure you block your gauge swatch.

This pattern is worked side to side in four separate panels: front, back and sleeves that are then sewn together. The top and bottom ribbings are integrated into the panels.

Methods
