HAZEL SCARF is the third design entry in the BEFORE FALL collection: a selection of cosy, nature-inspired garments and accessories designed in the unspun ‘Nutiden’ yarn from the ‘Lammas’ collection by Höner och Eir.

The HAZEL SCARF is the little sister design to the SEASON’S END SHAWL. True to the theme of the entire collection, it features a beginner-friendly design and showcases a timeless stitch pattern. Engaging and fun to knit, this accessory is approachable for newcomers to knitting while also offering a relaxing experience for seasoned knitters. The scarf features a fun slip-stitch rib pattern complemented by I-cord edging, and the finished accessory serves as a versatile, everyday item suitable for various occasions.

This pattern offers ample opportunity for customisation. Depending on your yarn, gauge, and personal preference, you can adjust the size by altering the number and/or frequency of decreases. Thorough instructions with tips on customisation are included in the knitting pattern.

Whether you adhere closely to the original design or adjust it to your own preference, this project with its memorable stitch pattern, is ideal for on-the-go knitting. It also serves as an excellent project for stash-busting leftover yarn or for those looking for a quick, relaxing project.
