This lovely shell stitch pixie hat for a toddler was designed in 2015 and the pattern revised and re-tested in 2019.

Worked in DK weight and using a 4mm hook the pattern is worked in one piece from the front band and finished with a pretty button.

Finished size approx. 22cm length (brim to chin) and 15cm width (back of head to front).

Using only 50g of DK weight yarn, it is a simple, quick, and easy project to make as a baby or toddler gift with the added bonus of looking really cute on.
