Hepatocytes are liver cells which are responsible for saving us of all the toxic things that get inside of our bodies, and they also produce cholesterol and other fats. Moreover, this cute, giant hepatocyte will bring joy to any biologist, gastroenterologist or scientist who owns it!

The PDF includes step-by step written instructions and visual references and photo-tutorials to help you, and it is available in English and Spanish.

Level: beginner-intermediate.
You need to be familiar with the basic stitches used in amigurumis (chains, single crochet (US)/double crochet (UK), slip stitches, increases, invisible decreases, working in the back loop and the 3rd loop; there are photo-tutorials to learn how to invisible decrease and how to crochet in the back and 3rd loops, with both right- and left-handed versions, if you need them), and with sewing parts.

Yarn and hooks: You can use any yarn weight you prefer, you only have to choose a suitable hook so you can crochet tight enough so the stuffing does not show.
