High Sierra Headband
Late winter snows got you feeling cold? This bulky yarn headband whips up quick, can be knit to whatever length needed, and has a simple cable motif reminiscent of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains (or any mountain range, for that matter).
Note that because the pattern is knit sideways, it can allow for a fair amount of stretch. I recommend sizing a little on the snug side.
On a side note, this is a perfect pattern if you like to try your hand at ambidextrous knitting (knitting back and forth without flipping your work).
