Hilkka Hood
The Hilkka Hood is a super soft and comfy piece that keeps your head and neck warm. You can knit it with stripes or in a solid color, whichever you prefer. The hood is worked top down and is an easy, fun and quick knit.
SIZE INFORMATION:
Sizes: 1 (2)
Size fitting: Sizes 1 (2) are designed to fit a head circumference of 54–58 (59–63) cm 21¼–22¾ (23¼–24¾) inches. The hood has approximately 5 cm 2 inches of positive ease.
Choosing the size: Measure your head circumference at the widest part of your head, just above the ears. If your head measures, for example, 57 cm 22½ inches, the corresponding size is 1. If your head measurement falls between two sizes, such as 58.5 cm 23 inches, I recommend rounding up to size 2.

The suggested needle size is indicative and you should choose the needle size based on your knitting tension to achieve the correct gauge. If you knit tightly, choose larger needles. If you knit loosely, choose smaller needles.
