Ever become obsessed with a fabric you’ve created with your yarn and needles and want to use it with absolutely everything? That’s the rabbit hole I fell down while participating in another round of the Artesanitarium Design Challenge. For this round of the challenge, our prompt was to combine two design features - After a vote with the rhyFlower test team, we decided to go forth with texture and colorwork. This was going to be a challenge for me indeed! Colorwork is not one of my stronger skills, but I agreed to go with whatever the team had chosen, so the ball was in their court! - I fell so in love with the colors and textures of Hip to be Square that I couldn’t stop knitting it and went from a cowl design to adding in a hat and mittens too.

Worked in the round, Hip to be Square contains written directions and charts. When the crown becomes too small to continue, you’ll switch to the magic loop method or DPNs.
