Pattern us worked from top down. It is started around a ponytail band. It is a bulky yarn version of the messy bun hat.

It is made using Sc, Hdc, and FPHDC/BPHDC. I used exactly one skein of Loops and Threads Charisma. Maybe have an extra one on hand in case you crochet looser then I did.
