Four skein poncho.

Holey dote is done by basic stockinette stitch and evenly added yarn over loops making it look like polka dot fabric. You knit one long rectangular piece and sow one side partly together to make it a poncho.

For this pattern you need to knit, purl, do yarn over and knit two together. And do a little sowing.

YARN & YARDAGE
BC Garn’s Baby Alpaca total of 200 g = 1092 yards / 1000 m
(50 g = 273 yards / 250 meters).
Colorway number is 58.
You may of course use any other similar light fingering weight yarn of 1092 yards / 1000 m.

NEEDLE
Size US 4 / 3,5 mm needle. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain pattern gauge.

KNITTING
Holey dote is worked flat from bottom up.

FINISHED SIZE
Blocked size before sowing is approximately 22,5” x 64,5” / 57 x 164 cm. Remember that blocking is essential to a successful result.
