Do you love knits with minimal seaming? You don’t like scary shaping, do you? The Honeycomb Tunic for Little Miss is exactly what you need. The body below sleeves is worked bottom up in the round and the upper part of the body is worked back and forth in simple Garter Stitch. Sleeves are worked in the round. The tunic is almost seamless. Just shoulders are joined together.
Your Little Miss can wear on its own, pair with skirt, jeans or leggings- so many possibilities! Simple design features multicolour Honeycomb and Garter stitch pattern, a high neck, dropped shoulders and long, loose sleeves.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.
NB Pattern in 5 sizes: 6y (7, 8, 9, 10) with a choice of 2 lengths: mid (long).

Tip: Circle all numbers pertaining to your size and length before beginning.
The pattern is for size: 6y. If you will choose a different size- you will need more yarn.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
• 4 x 50g balls (300m or 328yds) using Drops Nepal Orange mix (shade 2920).
• 6 x 50g balls (450m or 492yds) using Drops Nepal Deep Ocean (shade8905).
NB If you substitute another yarn, please check gauge (tension) and yardage and adjust accordingly.
• 1 Circular needle 5.50mm x length 80cm (US 9).
• 1 Circular needle 5.50mm x length 50cm (US 9).
• 1 Tapestry needle.
MEASUREMENTS AFTER BLOCKING:

Due to the weight of the yarn and the fact that you are working some parts in garter st, sleeve and body length extends 2-3cm after washing and blocking.

Size: 6y (7, 8, 9, 10).
Length: Mid (long).
Sweater length (from top of the shoulders) - 50cm (59) / 19.7ins (23.2).
Sweater flat width (just below armhole) - 33cm (36, 39, 42, 45) / 13ins (14, 15.3, 16.5, 17.7).
Sleeve length (from top of the shoulders)- 48cm (51, 54, 57, 60) / 18.9ins (20, 21.3, 22.4, 23.6).
Sleeve flat width (just below armhole) – 16cm (16, 16,19, 19) / (6.3, 6.3, 6.3, 7.5, 7.5).

GAUGE (Tension): 13sts and 31rows = 10 cm (4ins), garment being blocked and measured over garter st, using 5.50mm (US 9) needle.
