This pattern is called “It’s Christmas soon!” because it is relatively easy and quick to make, and you can get it done even close to Christmas for yourself or as a gift. This sock really screams Christmas in this color combination!
This is a very classic pattern designed for women but suits just about anybody that sees the timeless beauty of it.
The pattern is beautiful in any color, and therefore suitable for other seasons as well. But I love the Christmas season and therefore I chose red here. What’s your choice?

This pattern calls for DK weight yarn. This is a pattern for socks in many sizes (36/37-38-39/40 EU). The size of the instep can easily be adjusted to larger or smaller feet. Adjustment points are clearly marked in the instructions. The socks are knitted from leg to toe using double-pointed sock needles, but the instructions can easily be used for magic loop technique as well. The socks have a twisted rib, cross-reinforced heel and a rounded toe.
The width of the cuff and instep can be adjusted if you want. The leg is divisible by three and the instep pattern is divisible by two.
