Festive! Merry! Bright! This pattern was designed to inspire sparkly jolly holiday feelings with its kitsch Christmas look.

This is a digital pattern using overlay mosaic crochet technique. The pattern is written in English and uses US crochet terms.

Some knowledge of overlay mosaic crochet technique is recommended. The pattern only includes simple instructions on overlay mosaic crochet and for reading the chart.

With this pattern you can make a smaller or larger finished blanket with less or more repeats. My sample blanket measures 145 cm x 165 cm (57 ins. x 65 ins.) not including the fringe or a border.

Needed for this pattern: I have made my blanket with Worsted / 10 Ply Yarns. You can use any yarn you like, just keep in mind this type of pattern works best with contrasting colours.

For the sample I used the following quantities:
Colour A (background) - Jolly & Joy Twist in White - approx. 2550 m (2788 yds)
Colour B (design) - Lion Brand Ferris Wheel in Cotton Candy - approx. 2220m (2427 yards)
