The socks are knitted from top to bottom - from cuff to toe. The ankle and upper part of the foot are decorated with ornaments, the instep wedge is located under the heel and is knitted with a contrasting pattern.
Use any classic plain or single-color melange fingering/sock yarn, yardage 420 m/100 g (210 m/50 g). You will need 30-40 gr. primary color yarn, 45-60 g. threads of an additional color.
A set of 2.5 mm DPN or 2.5 mm circular needles (80 cm) for Magic loop technic. Size of needles can vary from 2.0 mm to 2.75 mm depending on gauge and the desired size of socks. Measuring tape, markers (optional), tapestry needle, blockers.
Size 1 – 37/38 (22.0-23.4 cm), size 2 – 39/40 (22.8-24.2 cm), size 3 – 41/42 (23.6-25.0 cm).
