In English:

The word ‘kuohu’ is a Finnish word which has many meanings but this time it is connected to the meaning of sea foam. After spending the Summer in Pirkanmaa region in Finland I fell in love with the countless amount of lakes and water areas in there. The name of the beanie was inspired by the element of water: how it can be very calming, vigorously moving and also capable to change its form to solid, liquid and gas. By floating on the surface you can travel through the Seven Seas and explore new places and adventures. So hop on board and wear your Kuohu Beanie through the hurdle of life!

This beanie design dedicated to my dad who passed away as the greatest adventurest above the Seven Seas.

The Kuohu Beanie is knitted with two strands of yarn held together and has a triple-folded brim. The silk mohair yarn combined with fingering weight alpaca and merino mixed wool yarn makes the beanie light, soft and warm on the brisky Autumn days.
