Kynance
“Kynance”
This is a simple shawl created using 1 ball of my new bamboo yarn of 350m made by World Of Wool here in the UK.
The yarn is beautiful to work with and creates an amazing drape to the shawl that is very light and comfortable to wear.
The pattern is written row by row with no charts or complications, the shaping allows a small quantity of yarn to make a shawl big enough to tie or style in a number of ways.
If you are purchasing this pattern online or away from a yarn show or exhibition and you would like to use my bamboo yarn to replicate the shawl, please email me for details.
The shawl name has come from Kynance Cove in Cornwall……a favourite of mine and thoughts of the sea and wild coastline were in my head whilst knitting this piece.
