la Piuma is knitted in the colours of granite and water meeting sky, as rivers meet the Mediterranean Sea along the Sardinian shoreline. Knitted in one piece from end to end with asymmetrical feathery shapes in garter stitch and short rows on either side of a slipped-stitch spine, la Piuma is a breezy knit that makes languid stops only to pay attention to fine detail.
