Inspired by the Harry Potter movies, this is a fast and easy scarf for the lacework beginner and a perfect gift for the Harry Potter fanette in your life. The piece knits up fast, and the pattern isn’t terribly complex or difficult to memorize. It uses a version of stromberger or mountain rain lace, and comes out lovely.

The scarf pictured has no fringe, but that’s not a universal rule. Remember, Harry wears his VERY long!
