The Lettuce Wrap is a fun scarf to wear with its abundance of frills. It feels light and cozy, great for cold winter days or chilly evenings.

The pattern calls for a worsted weight merino wool but would be pretty in other weights of yarns as well. Merino wool gives the scarf its bounce; a silk, linen or cotton yarn would create more of a relaxed drape. Something to consider when choosing your yarn fiber and weight.

Main body of the scarf is stockinette stitch with German short rows. Lace edge is worked with k2tog, yo, ssk and psso on right side rows only.
