Limma-hat is worked in the round from the brim up. The brim is shaped with short rows but instructions are given also for straight brim.

Yarn
100 g of worsted weight yarn, app. 210 m (230 yds) per 100 g. The samples (size M) were knitted with Malabrigo Yarn Rios in colourway Black and Malabrigo Yarn Worsted in colourway Rhodesian (100% Merino, 192 m/ 210 yds per 100 g) and each used 70 g.

Needles & notions

3.75 mm/ US 5 and 4.00 mm/ US 6 (80 cm/ 32 inches or longer for magic loop) circular needle, or set of four DPNs or size to obtain gauge
markers, tapestry needle for weaving in ends
