She is made with medium weight (4) yarn and US 3 (3.25mm) DPNs, which makes her approx. 5” tall, including hat. Any weight yarn and correlating DPN size could be used, just make sure all colors of yarn are the same weight. She is knitted mostly in the round, with her cloak worked flat. The pattern is 6 pages long and includes photos and links to tutorials to assist you.

Recommended skill level is Advanced Beginner due to working in the round with DPNs.
