I used EVERY bit of 2 skeins of Malabrigo Rasta, so I would suggest erring on the side of too much when purchasing your yarn for this project.

Lovely Lili is my beautiful friend and a beautifully textured, 24-inch cowl with a staggered chevron effect. The pattern is a 4+1 stitch & 12-row repeat. The chevrons are created by slipping stitches in the foundation rows and then picking them back up in the finishing rows. This yarn guzzling texture creates a very thick and warm fabric, especially in the bulkier yarns! I hope you enjoy creating your beautiful cowl - Happy knitting to you!
If you want to make a longer cowl and don’t want to do the math, you should check out my 48-inch version - Sweet Someyeh.

V2 added a dyo at the start of SP2.
V3 oops, I don’t recall.
V4 added a p2 tog at the end of first row of FR.
V5 fixed a problem with row SP2.
