The Mad Stollen Blanket is based on our Stollen Shawlen from a couple of years ago, but it seemed like time to make that super easy and gorgeous stitch pattern into a blanket - and Mad Balls were the perfect choice! AND with the arrival of NEW Juniper Moon Farm Cotton Merino, we had the perfect contrast as well! Changing the size is easy - just subtract or add in multiples of 6 to lessen or increase by 1.5” or so. Full repeats of the pattern will get you about 10”

2 Island Yarn Mad Balls – find at island-yarn.com = C1
4 Juniper Moon Farm Cotton Merino or @1000 yards of another worsted/aran weight yarn = C2
Size 9 (5.5mm) 32 – 40” Needles
Darning needle for weaving in ends

GAUGE
19 sts = 4”
Exact gauge is relatively unimportant for this blanket
