This is a written pattern for a little hanging bat. It can be used for decoration.
With the suggested yarn, the size of this bat will be about 11 cm/4.3 inches long.

—Note that this is not a windspinner! This bat is more like a worry worm. I have a pattern for a bat windspinner in my store, but that’s not this one ;-)

Materials you need:
—Yarn:
For this bat I used acrylic yarn (Stylecraft Special dk or Scheepjes colourcrafter) which is about 300 m/328 yards per 100 gram.
I needed about 12 meters/13.1 yards of black yarn.
You also need bit of brown yarn and a short piece of white yarn or thread.
I made one of my bats with cotton yarn (125 m per 50 gram). I needed about 15 meters/16.4 yards for that bat.
