This seamless baby cardigan is made top down with integrated neck and button bands. When the knitting is finished just weave in the ends and sew on the buttons.

With a very simple garter neckline, cap sleeves and a length that goes a bit below the waist, its perfect for layering over a summer dress or tank top. Mostly stocking stitch, it has some garter trim on the yoke and a little garter trapeze hem to give it some cute shape.

The pictured cardigan was made with DK/8ply Rico Baby Cotton Soft in the colour Lobster.

Skill Level Easy… even though it might include a technique you haven’t used before, the pattern contains simple, straightforward instructions and notes on where to look for more information.
