The Nourish Yoga Socks are designed to be best friends to your feet – comforting, flexible, and welcoming – as you practice yoga. With no fussy ribbing, lots of meditative stockinette in the round, no heel or toe to trip up a smooth knitting journey, and an easy purl ridge at cuff, foot, and around the heel opening to add a mental break to pause, reflect, and find balance, these worsted weight wonders will keep your feet warm and cozy on the mat. Named after Yoga with Adriene’s Nourish practice, I encourage you to “find what feels good” and give your sweet feet the love they deserve for all they do to connect you to the earth as you find integration between mind, body, and spirit during your practice.
