Olga (de)
To celebrate the update of the pattern with sizes 5 and 6 there is an automatic rebate until Sunday 25 May 25, midnight Paris time.
Olga (de) is an almost minimalist vest, or top, with only a few touches of contrast colour and a single organic cable running down its front. It is worked top down.
The inspiration for Olga (de) comes from the Olga de Amaral exhibition in Paris this last winter.
Upper bust measurement per size:
- 81 cm/32”
- 91 cm/36”
- 101 cm/40”
- 112 cm/44”
- 122 cm/48”
- 131 cm/52”.
The pattern provides the option to add horizontal bust darts which add 4 cm/1.5” (option 1) or 6 cm/2.25” (option 2).
Olga (de) is designed to be worn with between 2.5 cm/1” of negative ease and 7.5 cm/3” of positive ease at the upper bust with the fit at bust level provided by darts but it can be worn with a looser fit, in which case it is best to go down in bust dart size.

In addition, please bear in mind that the height from neckline at shoulder level to hem is 51.5, 52, 52.5, 53, 53.5, 54 cm/20.25, 20.5, 20.75, 20.75, 21, 21.25” and adjust yarn quantities if you want to make it longer.
Last, kindly note that I am a tight knitter, especially in small circumference and that suggested needle size for neckline BO is merely a suggestion.
