ABOUT THE DESIGN:
Note: the pattern describes the sweater knitted in a double strand of Kid Seta.
Oriel is a light weight sweater with set in sleeves. The sweater is knitted from the bottom up in the round, and is separated for front and back at the bottom of the armholes.
The shoulder seams are grafted together, and the sleeves are knitted top down. They can be knitted by picking up stitches along the armhole or knitted separately.
The body has a ribbed segment at the bottom and then a lace segment knitted according to chart. The sleeves are knitted exclusively in 2×1 rib.
