This Quarantine Series of patterns has given me the opportunity to support and work with indie dyers across Australia. No.5 “PAUSE” features Melody Interrupted by HalfBaked HandDyed Yarns.

This stunning cowl uses 2 skeins of 100g DK yarn and features a gorgeous lace repeat to create a beautifully light and soft yet cozy and warm addition your wardrobe. The lace is a simple repeat forming a beautiful design along with elongated chevron creating a flowing symphony with a pause in between.

The design is stunning as both a long or double wrapped cowl but can also be shortened by reducing the pattern repeats making it perfect for those wanting to use up that special one skein of Dk we all had to have when visiting the fibre festival or LYS.

The cowl is knitted in the round and is stunning in a solid, tonal or speckled yarn allowing the design to flow seamlessly. A must have for those winter months - this beautiful pattern will be a stunning addition to your wardrobe and unbelievably warm on those chilly days.
