This cowl is inspired by the children’s sweater, Pawsitive Vibes, and all the wonderful creatures in our lives. It feature rolled edges, corrugated ribbing, and a color work chart. The cowl is knit in the round from the bottom up with two colors carried throughout for extra warmth and structure. This pattern calls for dk weight yarn, but there is a lot of variation among brands. Please use whichever yarn gets you the correct gauge. Please note that your color work gauge may differ from your stockinette gauge; if you need to, try going up a needle size for the color work sections.

Circumference: appx 24”; Height: appx 8.5”
Materials: Yarn: Main color (background) appx. 160 yards and contrast color (ribbing and paw print motif) appx. 85 yards in dk / light worsted weight yarn.
Needles: US size 4 (3.5mm) circular needles with 16” cord.
